Program

The workshop program may be found here.

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations will be 30 minutes long (25 minutes for technical talk and 5 minutes for discussions). We will provide an LCD projector and laptop running Windows XP, MS Office and Acrobat Reader. We strongly recommended that you utilise PowerPoint or Acrobat PDF slides adapted for presentation on a LCD video projector.

Please be prepared to upload your presentation files onto the computer from a USB memory stick, and do so one of the breaks before your session (or from 8:30AM onwards if you are presenting in the morning). If you choose to utilise your own laptop, additional change over time will come from your 25 minutes of speaking time.

Poster Presentations

The poster session will be on Wednesday afternoon. A poster board will be provided to mount your poster. Your poster must be no larger than A0 size (1189 by 841mm or 46.81 by 33.11 inches) in Portrait orientation. We will provide material to mount your poster onto the board.

Presenters must put up their posters before or during the lunch break on Wednesday September 19th, and are responsible for removing their posters. Posters left behind are not the responsibility of the organizer.

Online publication of proceedings

The workshop proceedings will be archived by the ACM Digital Library after the workshop is held. Accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings pending the participation of the authors in the workshop.
