As part of a broader organisational restructure, data networking research at Swinburne University of Technology has moved from the Centre for Advanced Internet Architecture (CAIA) to the Internet For Things (I4T) Research Lab.

Although CAIA no longer exists, this website reflects CAIA's activities and outputs between March 2002 and February 2017, and is being maintained as a service to the broader data networking research community.

netAI - Download

netAI  is an ongoing development project within CAIA. Occasionaly a source code distribution be released and made available on this page. Currently we provide no binary packages and no access to the source repository.

Download

netAI only runs on Linux and FreeBSD operation systems. The current version of netAI is 0.1. We consider the software to be in alpha stage. This means we have extensively tested netAI but there are probably some bugs remaining. Also a number of features we would like to have are still being implemented.

We strongly recommend reading the Getting Started for a quick introduction before using netAI.

Download the current version of netAI.

All netAI distribution can be found here.

netAI is released under the licensing terms and conditions as specificied in the license. Any use of and changes to the netAI code is subject to these conditions.

The official netAI distribution is maintained and released by CAIA. However, any bug-fixes and/or new code will be gratefully received and incorporated into the source tree after revision. Acknowledgements to the contributors will be made both in the source code and on this web site. Please send bug-fixes and/or new code to Sebastian Zander (szander@swin.edu.au)
