SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The dataset contains unique IPv4 addresses collected from
Measurement Lab (MLab) for 3-month time periods over 4 years, 
starting at the beginning of 2011 and ending at the end of 
2014.

LONG DESCRIPTION:

We collected the unique IPv4 addresses of tested clients 
from the MLab database http://www.measurementlab.net/ on a 
monthly basis and then aggregated the data into 3-month time 
windows of unique IPv4 addresses.
