The purpose of the Self-Adjusting Game Lagging Utility (SAGLU) is to make
multiplayer game servers fair. SAGLU achieves this through latency balancing, ensuring
that all players have an equal ping. SAGLU can be used with existing game servers e.g.
Quake, Enemy Territory, Half-Life.
